This was a great experience. I went to the Rancho Palos Verdes Dentistry earlier this week to check out some issues that I have been having with my teeth, and I felt cared for from the beginning all the way to the end of my care. The dental assistants who took my blood pressure and X-rays made me feel welcomed when I was called back for my appointment. Amanda was very friendly and assisted me with getting me situated for the visit. Liz was also friendly and humorous. She assisted me with scheduling future appointments. Sophia, the hygienist, who was very warm, took care of my deep cleaning that I needed. Dr. K, who was friendly, listened to what was going on with my teeth and then explained all of the work that I needed for my teeth, but assured me that the treatment plan would address the issues. The office was clean, organized, and looked like a welcoming space. Overall, the experience was great, and I see myself coming to this dentist's office for all future care!

This was such a pleasant dentist visit! I don’t live in the area but am so glad I chose to travel a bit farther from home to visit this dentist office. The coordinator, Amanda, is very attentive and efficient at her job. She went above and beyond to figure out how to provide me with some extra paperwork I requested. Dr. K is a great listener and took his time to explain things to me. The office uses the latest technology, and they administered thorough exams and deep cleaning that I wish dentists had offered in the past. Some things weren’t covered by my insurance but I didn’t feel pressured to pay for anything I didn’t want to. Truly the best dental experience I’ve had in decades!

I’m giving this office 5+ stars. I had a fantastic experience at Dr. Shawn Lee’s office. Dr. Lee is incredibly thorough and took the time to really listen to the results I wanted before beginning work on repairing four teeth. The process was complex and required coordination with my orthodontist, but Dr. Lee ensured everything was addressed with care and precision. Dr. Lee also went above and beyond in correcting problems with an implant crown I had completed by another dentist that only lasted three months. His dynamic approach and expertise made all the difference in getting it done right. Amanda was amazing throughout the entire process—she consistently followed up and made sure that my insurance pre-approval was completed quickly and without issues. Her attention to detail and communication made a big difference. Jonathan, my preferred hygienist, does an excellent and thorough job every time. I always leave feeling confident in the care I receive. Overall, it’s been a pleasure working with such a professional, personable, and friendly team. Highly recommend!
