The entire staff is incredibly efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. I have always felt very secure in all my treatments they have recommended and provided. I've seen multiple dentists here, like Dr. Shawn, Dr. Yagi, and some that are no longer at this location, and I've had nothing but good experiences with them. I'd like to take a moment to recognize especially Amanda at the front desk and Danny who is an RDA. Both of them are stellar humans and absolute gems. Amanda has always been courteous and professional, and always makes my day better with a good laugh and personal support. There is no one that knows that office in and out like her, and when she's not in the office, the building misses her warm presence. Danny is an RDA and I've had the pleasure working with him several times. He is nothing short of amazing in his skills. He can quickly look at a problem and figure out the best solution in seconds. He is kind, sensitive, hardworking, and so polite. I am very happy with my care at Rancho Palos Verdes Dentistry and will continue to go there for the foreseeable future. I thank all of the staff for their hard work, diligence to providing the best care possible, and professionalism.

I had a great experience at my recent dental appointment. Sophia did my deep cleaning and was incredibly thorough, gentle, and professional throughout the entire visit. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I also want to recognize Robert, the manager, for his exceptional customer service. The entire team is always friendly, welcoming, and willing to answer any questions I have. They truly go above and beyond to make a dentist appointment as pleasant as possible. I was referred to this dental office by my dentist due to needing a tooth extraction. I called the office and a young lady named Amanda answered and told me I could come on in now. I told her I was right up the street and I would be there soon. Amanda greeted me with a smile. She knew we had just spoken. I told her that her voice on the phone is so soothing and they have the right person in the front. I dislike all dentist offices but I told her she put me at ease. I wish she could be in the room when I get this extraction. This young lady is a breath of fresh air that is needed in a office such as that. Thank you Amanda.
